Vegetarian Raw Foods + True Transition Foods = The Healthiest Diet

Most Foods from The Standard American Diet = Far from The Healthiest Diet

In the literature on the vegetarian, raw-food diet that abounds, you will often see the term "transition" to refer to anything on a menu or in a recipe that does not follow vegetarian, raw -food plan to the letter as described below. That is, some of the literature refers to the healthy, vegetarian, "transition" diet; and then loads you up on absolutely everything that is not on The VegetarianHRaw -Food Plan! So where is the usefulness of this "Anything Goes Transition Menus and Recipes" definition, anyhow? What they are really describing is The Standard American Diet! "Transition" is a useful term only if it has limits! That is what definitions are all about! Right? We give a term its definition by giving it boundaries! And so, in the following statement, you will find not the 2 categories of vegetarian, raw-food plan and "Anything Goes Transition" (meaning every SAD thing else). Rather, in the following statement, you will find discussed vegetarian, raw foods and True Transition Foods both separate from SAD Foods.

The Vegetarian, Raw-Food Plan presently promoted by health conscious teachers today is attempting to bring to The American People the most energy-conservative, non-toxic, wholesome diet that will not add to individual Enervation and malaise. Only the vegetarian-raw foods, ideally prepared, will do this. As Genuine Health Seekers who are making the transition from meat, dairy, processed and junk foods to the healthiest food plant, however, you may want to watch for conventional menus and recipes from The Standard American Diet (SAD) promoted as "transition." It does no favor to Health Seekers to teach them how wonderful is The Superlative, Alternative Health Care System of The 10 Energy Enhancers and then serve them less than the best dietary. We must uphold our ideals and reach for our Highest Health Potentials, all the while! For only by following "The Whole, Raw, Plant Foods and Transition Foods" can we best conserve our Nerve Energy and thrive in Superlative Health. The need arises, therefore, for a definition of menus and recipes that are, indeed, "True Transition" and not just "Anything Goes Transition." That definition follows:

#1...First, the healthiest foods are wholesome, non-toxic, whole, raw, plant foods of fruit, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. You need to know full well what are the healthiest foods! Any food item that doesn't fit this ideal will fall into 1 of 3 categories: the Super Blue Green Algae, True Transition Foods (both of which are still considered "healthy"), and foods straight out of The Standard American Diet (which are considered "far from the healthiest" due to processing, the additives, and animal foods).

#2...SAD foods are all flesh and dairy products, all processed condiments, all refined and stripped grains and sugars, all refined oils, and all junk foods. Fruits and vegetables that have been salted, chemicalized, and jazzed up into processed dishes are also SAD foods. Only the unsalted, plain albeit cooked fruits and vegetables can be considered True Transition. By definition, therefore, True Transition Foods can never rightfully include any of the following: meat in any form red, white, chicken, or fish; dairy products in any form milk, cheese, sour cream, yogurt, and so on; processed condiments in any form salt, sea salt, pepper, hot peppers, spices so strong they burn to the taste, hot curry, tamari, soy sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, and so on; refined carbohydrates in any form stripped grains and refined sugars; alcohol in any form cooking and recreational; baking leaveners in any form powder and soda; refined oils and fats in any form vegetable and animal. These are all SAD foods to begin with! They are all cooked! They are all just too toxic and just too energy-expensive to digest to qualify as "True, Healthy Transition," by anyone who wants to preserve the vegetaria, raw- foods as "The Superlative Alternative!" They all just lead to Enervation and Toxemia.

#3...True Transition Foods are hereby limited to fruits and vegetables that have been cooked or frozen and to fruits and vegetables that remain uncooked but that have undergone some manner of food preparation such as freeze-drying, shredding, blending, chopping, juicing, mashing and/or mixing. The True Transition Foods also include dried and powdered vegetables, as well as legumes and mushrooms and small amounts of the following to be dropped from your diet as soon as possible: the mild herbs and spcies that do not burn to the taste and small amounts of items from the onion and garlic family to be used as flavorings.

#4 One last point, True Transition menus and recipes may include some less-than -perfect food combinations to achieve certain taste-and-texture treats.
